One of the highlights of our trip was a visit to the Culinary Institute of America.
It was such an incredibly breathtaking experience!
The building, the school I had read about in so many books, met chefs who studied there.
I was in complete awe.
All the students were in full uniform, we could not help get sofia in on the action.

The buildings were beautiful. Inside and out.
