Every year APS sponsors a Fiesta of Lights Parade in downtown Phoenix.
People start saving their seats on the sidewalks as early as 2pm.

It was a nice cool night.
So bright!! This is a city bus! Nice job
They had about 7 or 8 VW vans, this was one of my favorites.
